Diego E. Garcia
Associate Attorney
Diego E. Garcia is a litigator focused on asserting creditors’ rights in commercial and business collections matters. Prior to joining GP&A as an associate attorney, he was a commercial business, real estate, and intellectual property litigator in a mid-sized law firm in California’s wine country.
Diego attended Golden Gate University School of Law. A fluent Spanish speaker, he was twice president of the GGU International Law Society and spent a summer abroad at Magdalen College, University of Oxford studying English Legal Systems and Comparative Property Law. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary E. Wiss of the Superior Court of San Francisco. He earned his Masters and Bachelor’s degrees from San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Diego believes in giving back through civic and community involvement, and regularly participates in charitable events for a diverse range of causes. He is an active member of the American Inns of Court, a national association of lawyers and judges dedicated to professionalism, ethics, civility, and excellence. He is a proud alumnus of Justin-Siena High School, where he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
