Robert L. Pollak
Managing Partner
Bob Pollak is the managing partner at Glassberg, Pollak & Associates. Over his 44-year law career, he has litigated and tried numerous cases to conclusion in both state and federal court. He has extensive experience in counseling clients in credit transactions and foreclosure of liens. He is also experienced in enforcement of stop notices in construction cases, enforcement of equipment leases and litigating insurance premium disputes.
Bob is a trusted advisor, representing trustees and other creditors in bankruptcy matters that involve the collection of accounts receivable and enforcement of judgments. Since 1993, he has been certified by the American Board of Certification as a specialist in Creditors’ Rights Law. He is a frequent speaker on creditors’ rights topics at continuing legal education programs and to professional business associations. Bob also has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer for more than 10 years.
